Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
